  1. Medicawy is an online platform specialized in information technology and medical marketing for clinics, medical facilities and healthcare providers. It aims to help patients book appointments for medical examinations, consultations and medical services through the Medicawy platform and application online. The Medicawy Platform helps patients search for doctors according to specialty and geographic location and according to doctors' appointments listed on the platform. It also helps users of the platform from doctors to include information about their clinics on the platform and receive reservations from patients and publish medical services for their clinics.
  2. Medicawy platform is committed to protecting the privacy of all user data, whether patients, healthcare providers, doctors and owners of medical facilities registered on Medicawy. Access to user data is limited to site employees only for the purpose of conducting procedural data processiing, and we (Medicawy platform) do not resell or distribute user data to any third parties.
  3. User data can only be requested by law enforcement agencies when necessary and with a valid executive court ruling.
  4. For users who are doctors, healthcare providers and owners of medical facilities, the site displays general information about doctors and medical facilities, as well as information about addresses, appointments and means of contact. We do not publish any personal information about doctors and healthcare providers.
  5. The Medicawy platform does not store electronic payment data, nor do we display users' personal data or distribute this data to any other parties.

In the event that the healthcare provider (doctors and/or owners of medical facilities) requests the deletion of his/her/their data from the Medicawy platform after listing and online publishing of his/her/their pages, the Medicawy platform is committed to hiding all data related to the user and data related to reservations and appointments to prevent any future reservations, while preventing the display of contact data, knowing that doctors, healthcare providers and/or owners of medical facilities cannot request the complete deletion of their entire pages from the Medicawy platform, as this procedure causes material, economic and valual losses to the platform. However, the platform guarantees in this case that no appointment reservations will occur by visitors and users of the Medicawy platform from patients.
